Join our Fintech product team and take a hands-on role in developing and enhancing our long-running B2B/B2C product .
You will directly own and deliver technical tasks , from implementation to completion, while working on new features, existing systems, and real-world engineering challenges. As a Strong Middle–Senior, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute technical ideas and influence how the product evolves .
I/ Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and frontend applications.
- Build high-performance fintech/product systems handling large-scale concurrent users and transactions.
- Design and implement microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and application responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Mobile Developers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop secure, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system challenges.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure product quality and delivery alignment.
II/Requirement
Experience- 5+ years of full-time development experience (strong in Node.js/NestJS; experienced with React.js/Next.js).
- Experience building scalable microservices, distributed systems, and high-concurrency platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, scalable architecture, and system design.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, caching, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4j, or other relational/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or OVHcloud.
- Good understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, and testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to have: Mentoring or technical ownership experience.
