MIDDLE FULLSTACK ENGINEER (for a qEEG Device) 

• Position: Fullstack Engineer - qEEG Device (Firmware & Software) 
• Level: Middle (2-4 years of experience) 
• Department: R&D/ Medical Device Product Development 
• Location: Floor 2, An Cu Duc Phu Building, 3/1 Thanh Thai Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 
• Job type: Full-time (Office). 
• Working time: Monday – Friday (9h00 – 18h00), take a nap for 1 hour. 
• Salary: Market-competitive, negotiable based on experience and capability 

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Fullstack Engineer to contribute to the firmware and software development of a quantitative EEG (qEEG) device. 

You will work across the full pipeline - from raw EEG signal acquisition and denoising, to spectral analysis algorithms, to the display and clinical reporting software - ensuring the product is both technically accurate and aligned with the real-world needs of 

clinicians and technicians. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design and implement backend services and APIs in Python, Golang, or JavaScript, ensuring scalability, resilience, and low-latency data flow. 
• Collaborate with firmware teams to design device communication protocols, telemetry schemas, and data ingestion pipelines. 
• Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, integrating with AWS/GCP/Azure IoT services, Kubernetes, and observability tools. 
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, containerization, and microservices deployment. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, data, and frontend teams to deliver unified developer and operational experiences (dashboards, APIs, device catalogs). 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with middle level backend expertise. 
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or JavaScript for building distributed systems and APIs. 
• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, including Kafka, MQTT, or other message brokers. 
• Experience with IoT/AI platforms, including device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, and data processing pipelines. 
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). 
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (ReactJS, TypeScript) for internal tools or monitoring dashboards. 
• Proven ability to translate abstract goals into technical blueprints and actionable workstreams. 
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across geographies. 
• Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
