Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience, Strong back-end web development skills, including Ruby on Rails and RESTful API design.
• Experience with front-end development, working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common frameworks.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and modular application design.
• Practical knowledge of test driven development, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices is an advantage.
