Full-stack Technical Lead (or Senior Full-stack Developer) 

We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Technical Lead (Senior Full-stack Developer level at least) to join 

our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a hands-on engineering role for a strong full-stack developer 

who can design and deliver scalable cloud applications, guide technical decisions, and support high 

engineering standards across the team. 

Role Description 

• Analyze project requirements, solution architecture, and existing source code. 

• Do detailed design for cloud-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure in collaboration internal architects. 

• Develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET and build modern frontend applications using 

React and TypeScript. 

• Translate solution designs into working software and deliver features from implementation through 

deployment. 

• Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and implementation planning. 

• Establish and promote engineering standards for code quality, automated testing, security, 

performance, and maintainability. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers while remaining actively involved in 

implementation. 

• Investigate software defects and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective 

solutions. 

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, clients, and development teams to communicate 

technical decisions, risks, and progress. 

Requirements / Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 7+ years of relevant software development experience. 

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and enterprise 

application development. 

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Integration 

Services, and Azure SQL. 

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and 

deployments. 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, application 

architecture, and Agile delivery. 

• Experience leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and 

promoting engineering best practices.• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, 

testing, documentation, or troubleshooting. 

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. 

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 

Advances  (Nice to have) 

• Hands-on experience developing AI or AI-agent applications using Azure AI Services, Azure AI 

Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms. 

• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool or function 

calling, and agent-based architectures.
