[HN/HCM/ĐN] Salesforce Developer (Good English)

Location: Hanoi/HCM/DN

1. RESPONSIBILITY

● Provide Salesforce technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation

● Independently deliver high-quality and well-documented code

● Software design, code, unit test, and code review iterative improvements to the platform.

● Master the Salesforce development process, culture, and codebase, in order to improve it.

● Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity.

● Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s)

● Support existing environment including functional enhancements and issue resolution

2. REQUIREMENTS

● Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, with at

least 1.5 years focused on Service Cloud/ Marketing Cloud

● Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Apex and LWC. Integrate between Salesforce and other systems/platforms. Basic understanding of using AI.

● Expertise in Service Cloud specific tools: Enhanced Chat, Case Routing, Service

Process Automation, Flows.

● Good at communication English (Verbal & Written)

● Must be comfortable explaining technical logic to non-technical international

stakeholders.

● DevOps: Experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or

Azure DevOps).

● Experience with git source control and collaboration tool such as JIRA,

Confluence, Slack

● Salesforce Certifications are a plus ( Administrator / Developer / Service Cloud Consultant ... )
