We're looking for an experienced IBM BAW Developer to join a delivery team serving a major EU client.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

• Build process applications with IBM BPM

• Integrate systems via REST APIs and web services

• Optimize business processes through automation

• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years with IBM BAW / IBM BPM

• Strong Java and JavaScript skills

• Experience with process modeling and workflow automation

• REST API integration expertise

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to work in EU timezone overlap
