Role Description

•  Standardize operations using SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze system operations and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets.
• Design and improve production workflows and line layouts.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process optimization initiatives.
• Support technical aspects of manufacturing and improvement projects.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phú Mỹ – Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and driving improvements
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Proven ability to develop and implement Process Improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology and Six Sigma certifications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Required English skills, Chinese proficiency preferred.
