Manage instrument maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
Provide technical support and guidance for instrumentation maintenance activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to support maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct inspections, and report safety incidents.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for instrumentation systems.
Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Support maintenance planning, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability initiatives.
Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
, or a related field.
At least 1 year to 5 year of relevant experience
in instrumentation maintenance within
chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, power, or other continuous process manufacturing plants
.
Basic knowledge of
field instruments
, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, control valves, analyzers, PLC/DCS, and industrial control systems.
Familiarity with instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial safety procedures.
Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a petrochemical/manufacturing plant environment.
