This is a learning and growth role intended to build foundational fullstack engineering skills. You will be joining our Engineering team responsible for the development and delivery of our recruitment management platform, where you will support the team, learn our codebase, and contribute to software delivery under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow team standards for coding, code reviews, and testing
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software components
• Participate in team rituals including grooming, estimation, and sprint planning
• Proactively seek feedback and help to improve your approach to software development

How will this position be evaluated in the first 3, 6 & 12 months?

• 3 Months: Focus on learning the tech stack and team rituals; begins contributing small, supervised tasks and grows product knowledge.
• 6 Months: Writes clear code with guidance; participates effectively in grooming sessions; increases autonomy in task completion.
• 12 Months: Consistently delivers high-quality code with minimal guidance; actively contributes to workshops; shows clear growth toward a mid-level engineering role.

Qualifications

• You have an eagerness to learn and develop your engineering skills
• You have a collaborative mindset and believe in teamwork
• You are not afraid to ask for help when stuck
• You are excited about learning and applying AI tools
• Foundational knowledge of .NET Core and C#
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React)
• Awareness of CI/CD concepts and cloud
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
