Java Developer (Junior/Middle/Senior/Leader)

POSITION: JAVA DEVELOPER

Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, a passion for building scalable backend systems, and a willingness to learn and grow in enterprise software development. Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.

📍 Working Location: District 3 , Ho Chi Minh City (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and business logic based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Write unit tests and support system integration testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure software quality.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of: Java Core, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working on Banking or Financial Services projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is an advantage.
