Java Software Engineer

We are the Ant International development team based in Vietnam, building and maintaining global Acquiring and E-Wallet solutions that support over 250 payment methods across 150+ markets worldwide. With offices in 20+ countries, we develop large-scale payment platforms that power seamless cross-border commerce.

Job Description

• Design and develop scalable solutions with end-to-end integration across multiple systems and services.
• Build high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, mission-critical applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, robust, and well-tested code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvements in software delivery, engineering practices, and development tools.
• Adopt AI-assisted software development practices and leverage the latest engineering tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in software development; experience in the finance, payments, or banking industry is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Java and at least one other programming language.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, JUnit, web services, and application development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English to collaborate effectively with local and international teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
