About us
MAC ZT Asia operates as the exclusive, integrated in-house digital engineering provider for Züblin Germany (part of the STRABAG Group), producing structural and execution plans directly from Vietnam for major German construction projects. Backed by MAC Engineers Vietnam and our affiliated companies, we combine German engineering standards with a dedicated Vietnam-based BIM team.
What you'll do:
- Report to your Team Leader and coordinate on work planning, project tasks, and delivery schedules.
- Produce structural detailed design drawings (formwork & reinforcement) in compliance with Company Standards.
- Review project base documents (static analysis, architectural drawings, client & checker comments) and prepare clarification registers.
- Work with in-house QA engineers to resolve findings and finalize drawings for delivery.
- Support other tasks as assigned by your Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; full training provided on software and technical standards.
- Experience with Allplan and knowledge of Eurocodes is a strong plus.
- Basic English for technical communication and reading drawings/specs.
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Note: Company to provide training in using the software and technical standards applied for the projects.
