💰 Salary: 30M – 70M VND/month

Viettel High Technology (VHT) is looking for Junior Backend/System Engineers to join large-scale distributed systems and high-performance platform projects in an R&D environment.

🔹 Responsibilities

Develop and optimize backend/system services for distributed systems.

Work with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, gRPC, HTTP/2.

Participate in solving High Concurrency & High Availability problems.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud-Native technologies.

Research and improve system performance and scalability.

🔹 Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Preferred graduates from: Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), University of Engineering and Technology - VNU Hanoi (UET), Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), Academy of Cryptography Techniques, FPT University, or Hanoi University of Industry (HAUI),...

At least experience with one of the following:

✅ C/C++

✅ Go/Golang

✅ Java

Strong understanding of:

• OOP

• Data Structures & Algorithms

• Linux fundamentals

• TCP/IP networking basics

• Concurrency / Multithreading

Experience with Backend Systems or Microservices is a plus.
