Our client is looking for seasoned professionals to become part of their team:

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive innovation and the adoption of best practices in development, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of systems.
• Manage the team's workflow, performance, and personal development to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.

주요 업무

• 사내 시스템의 설계, 개발 및 유지보수 총괄
• 프로젝트 목표, 일정 및 산출물에 대한 정렬을 위해 유관 부서와 협업
• 스템의 최적화된 성능 및 확장성 확보를 위한 기술 혁신 및 개발 베스트 프랙티스 주도
• 단기 및 장기 목표 달성을 위한 팀의 워크플로우 관리, 성과 평가 및 팀원 역량 개발 지원

Requirements

• Candidate must be Korean
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in SI (System/ Service Integration) Project Management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining team motivation and morale.
• Basic English communication

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Knowledge of system architecture and design principles.
