Lead Backend Developer (Java)

Salary: upto USD 3000

Location: An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City

Join our team to lead Java backend development for international projects, working closely with Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, BA teams, and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the backend development team
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java microservices and REST APIs
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of Java Backend development experience
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, SQL
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, JUnit, Mockito
• Good knowledge of API Security (OAuth, JWT, SSO, Authentication/Authorization)
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jira/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring developers
• Good English communication
