Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lighting Control Design Engineer to join our expanding ALC Division at our Ho Chi Minh City Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for system architecture design, quantity take-off (BOQ), and technical submittals for high-end lighting control solutions (Lutron, DALI, DMX, KNX).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive Lighting Control system architectures based on architectural concepts, consultant specifications, and client requirements.

• Perform accurate Quantity Take-Off (BOQ/BOM) and cost estimation for tender submissions and pre-sales proposals.

• Prepare shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), riser diagrams, control schedules, and connection details using AutoCAD.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Sales, Project Managers, Lighting Designers, and MEP Consultants during technical clarification and value engineering stages.

• Work closely with international manufacturers to select appropriate hardware and ensure technical compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in lighting control system design, ELV systems, or quantity take-off in building construction projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; strong ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP blueprints. Familiarity with protocols such as Lutron, DALI, DMX, or KNX is an advantage.

• Language: Good English proficiency (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and vendor communication.

• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
