Work Eligibility

MECHANICAL ENGINEER — Research & Development Division
About the Role
Join our Research & Development Division to support technical research and investment studies in offshore wind energy, with a focus on the fabrication of large steel structures and equipment. You will work closely with domestic and international technical partners and contribute to feasibility studies, standards analysis, and technical documentation that shape our renewable energy strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical research and feasibility studies for investment projects in offshore wind energy, including the fabrication of large steel structures and equipment.

Analyze and apply international standards and technical specifications (ASME, API, DNV, ISO) to project requirements.

Prepare technical reports, evaluations, and proposals to support management decision-making.

Support procurement activities: technical bid evaluation (TBE), vendor data review, and specification development.

Perform mechanical design and design review using CAD software; carry out engineering calculations and structural verification.

Coordinate with technical partners and other divisions across the corporation.

Contribute to the development of internal technical and innovation (S&T) documentation and standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment design, procurement, or construction.

English proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent; able to read technical documents and work with international partners.

Proficient in at least one 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, etc.).

Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with the ability to write technical reports.

Solid mechanical engineering fundamentals: structures, fabrication, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes; familiarity with international standards (ASME / API / DNV / ISO).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EPC projects within oil & gas, renewable energy, or heavy industry.

Experience with offshore wind projects, large steel structures, or static equipment (tanks, pressure vessels).

Capability in simulation and structural analysis (FEA): ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus, etc.
-
Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on new technical domains.
