🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and growth-minded
Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer
to contribute to the build and delivery of our cloud-native trade capture and analytics platform. Working alongside senior systems engineers and product designers, you will build, maintain, and test high-performance backend microservices, robust APIs, and user-facing analytics dashboards.
This role provides an ideal environment for a polyglot developer proficient in

Python
to deepen their
Rust
skills while working on high-throughput financial infrastructure.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end components (TypeScript/React) and high-performance backend microservices (Python/Rust) for trading analytics and execution workflows.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and real-time streaming endpoints to connect front-end dashboards with core data pipelines.

Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) test suites to safeguard code quality, prevent regressions, and ensure system robustness.

Support continuous delivery pipelines, assist in feature releases, and maintain automated build/test workflows.

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production bugs, system anomalies, and operational tickets in a timely manner.

Maintain clear, structured documentation for technical architecture, API contracts, and feature designs (e.g., wiki pages/Confluence). Participate actively in code reviews and agile team ceremonies.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience

Solid proficiency in
TypeScript
and
Python
, combined with working knowledge or direct experience in
Rust
. Candidates with a strong background in concurrent or compiled languages (e.g., C++, Go) and a proven track record of rapidly self-learning Rust are strongly encouraged to apply.

Proven experience working comfortably across both front-end (React or modern JS frameworks) and back-end codebases.

Hands-on experience building, integrating, and testing RESTful APIs and JSON/data schemas.

Strong experience using
Git
for version control (feature branching, PR reviews), standard software development workflows, and working within
Linux-based
environments.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on writing clean code comments, ticket notes, and thorough design documentation on team wiki pages.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to event-driven architectures, WebSockets, or real-time streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka).

Experience working with containerized applications (
