Middle FE Developer (Next.js/React Native)

• About the Role

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our product development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web and mobile applications, working closely with Business Analysts, Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with React and Next.js, understands frontend architecture, and is comfortable developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable, and high-quality frontend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Assist in technical estimation and solution discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and modern UI development practices.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, or similar UI libraries.
• Experience with React Query, SWR, or other data-fetching solutions.
• Knowledge of Next.js App Router, SSR, SSG, and SEO optimization.
• Experience publishing React Native applications to App Store and Google Play.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on CRM, ERP, POS, SaaS, E-commerce, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with unit testing and frontend testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to independently handle assigned modules and features.
• Experience reviewing code and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to product quality.
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.
