Job Description

Assess the feasibility of tooling for layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, and assembly processes during the RFQ stage.

Design, review, and develop tooling for manufacturing, including the preparation of mold and jig request documentation.

Improve and optimize tooling designs to enhance usability, increase efficiency, and resolve production issues.

Develop tooling work instructions and provide technical guidance for operator training.

Investigate and resolve tooling-related issues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Conduct DFMEA for tooling designs and maintain lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with process and product engineering teams to address product development and manufacturing challenges.

Provide technical support for R&D projects and other engineering initiatives within the department.

Requirements
-
A college degree in engineering or technology is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
-
Solid understanding and practical experience in surfacing processes is required.

Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Siemens NX for 3D mold and surface design.
-
Experience working in a composite manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Ability to read and understand English technical documents.

Salary: 25 million VND gross/month.

Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

Company shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, Thu Duc (Cantavil/Crossroad), and Ba Ria.

Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

12 days of annual leave per year.

Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.
