.NET Developer (MVC)

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core, including backend services, APIs, and database components.
• Build UI with Razor Views, Partial Views, ViewComponents, and SCSS.
• Implement A/B testing experiments on live websites using vanilla JavaScript and CSS, modifying the UI without breaking existing behaviour.
• Handle dynamically rendered pages (async content, re-rendering UI, iframes); configure targeting, goal tracking, and QA before releasing traffic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with team members, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.

• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with C# using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or .NET Framework, including RESTful APIs, Razor Views, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and fundamental Design Patterns, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation, event handling, asynchronous programming, and MutationObserver.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, responsive web development, and browser debugging using DevTools. Experience with React, Vue.js, or Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Experience using Git and working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions is an advantage.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), web analytics, performance optimization, third-party integrations, background services, or maintaining legacy systems is a plus.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or above, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in writing with international teams.
