NMC Composites Vietnam is a subsidiary of RTConsults PLLC (Houston, Texas, USA), an engineering and consulting company specializing in Composite Engineering, Nonmetallic Materials, Corrosion Control, Coating Inspection, Asset Integrity, and Engineering Services for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Chemical Processing, and Infrastructure industries.
We are looking for a highly motivated Non-Metallic Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Vietnam.

Unit 1.01 – High-rise Factory (Phase 2)

Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary
As a Non-Metallic Engineer, you will support engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, inspection, research & development of Composite (FRP) products and advanced nonmetallic materials.
You will work closely with engineering teams in Vietnam and the United States while supporting both domestic and international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Manufacturing
Support Composite (FRP) manufacturing and process improvement
Prepare engineering drawings, SOPs and technical documentation
Develop manufacturing procedures and quality inspection plans
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
Quality Assurance & Inspection
Perform product inspections and quality evaluations
Conduct dimensional inspections and verify compliance with specifications
Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures
Materials Engineering
Evaluate composite materials, fiberglass reinforcements and resin systems
Assist with laboratory testing and material characterization
Support product qualification and validation
Analyze material performance and recommend engineering improvements
Project Engineering
Support engineering activities for customer projects
Coordinate with Production and QA/QC teams
Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation
Support customers with technical problem solving
Travel to customer sites and project locations when required
Technical Development
Participate in R&D activities
Prepare engineering documentation and technical presentations
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in technical training provided by RTConsults USA
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Materials Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
or other related engineering disciplines
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
Experience in Composite (FRP), Corrosion Engineering, QA/QC or Materials Engineering is preferred
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and spoken English is an advantage
Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
