Prepare technical tender proposals, including reviewing invitation-to-bid documents, developing suitable installation methodologies and project execution plans and objectives, and performing quantity take-offs based on the tender documents and selected installation methodology.
Prepare technical tender/RFQ documentation based on client requirements and applicable standards and regulations.
Develop preliminary drawings and installation methodologies for offshore installation tender packages.
Prepare technical requisitions for the rental or purchase of equipment and procurement service packages, and perform the related technical evaluations.
Monitor project progress and coordinate activities among relevant functions, including logistics, marine, fabrication and construction, to maintain the schedule and implement recovery measures when delays occur.
Monitor and manage changes to the project scope of work and assess their associated impact on project costs.
Manage and distribute information and coordinate activities among project management team members and stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers and independent verification bodies, to ensure focused, continuous and timely project execution.
Prepare, review and control project calculation documents, installation procedures and drawings.
Supervise and handle activities related to structure transportation and load-out/launching at fabrication yards.
Work directly on offshore drilling/production platforms and construction vessels to supervise field installation activities.
Organize regular project meetings and other specialized meetings as required by the project.
Prepare and review reports, correspondence and other documentation throughout project execution.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or construction.
At least 2+ years of dedicated experience in project coordination or site supervision within the oil and gas industry. Fresh graduates will be trained; a degree in Offshore Engineering is an advantage.
Fluent in English.
Computer skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience with relevant engineering software such as SACS, OFFPIPE, MOSES and ORCAFLEX is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable API, DNV and Noble Denton technical standards.
Experience preparing, reviewing and controlling project calculation documents, installation procedures and drawings.
Experience supervising and handling activities related to structure transportation and loadout/launching at fabrication yards.
