Title: Backend Engineer (C++)

We are looking for a Back-end Engineer (C++) to develop and maintain the Aladdin backend system, focusing on integrating demand sources into the Aladdin platform.

The candidate will work on high-performance backend systems and contribute to the stability, scalability, and optimization of advertising delivery services.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Aladdin backend system using C++
• Integrate external demand sources into the Aladdin platform
• Develop new features for the ad delivery system
• Monitor and maintain SI/SLO/SLA metrics
• Monitor server logs and investigate system issues
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements and integration specifications
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and technical improvement activities

What You’ll Need (Must-have Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience working with C/C++
• Strong object-oriented design skills
• Experience with socket/network programming and debugging using tcpdump
• Good understanding of multithread programming in C/C++
• Experience working with JSON/XML
• Experience with MySQL or SQL Server
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Experience developing and integrating backend services/APIs
• English: Able to read and write technical documents in English, with basic conversational skills

Even Better If You Have (Nice-to-have Requirements)

• Willingness to learn and explore new technologies
• Ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectively with team members
• Knowledge or experience in advertising networks, AdTech, SSP/DSP, or RTB systems is a plus
• Familiarity with the C++ Standard Template Library (STL) is a plus
