Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAM) and customers to clarify project requirements and expectations.
Organize internal project kick-off meetings, establish cross-functional teams (CFT), and communicate project objectives, timelines, and customer requirements.
Oversee project execution, ensuring effective control of budget, schedule, quality, and sourcing activities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional project team members.
Compile, review, and submit PPAP documentation to customers.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Support customer audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Manage engineering change requests (ECR/ECN) initiated by customers and coordinate implementation.
Lead and monitor the APQP process from project launch through production readiness.
Provide post-SOP support to ensure stable production and successful project handover.
Prepare and present regular project progress reports to the Managing Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience managing international projects.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Experience or knowledge of carbon fiber manufacturing is an advantage.
Practical experience with the Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
Good understanding of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System and its application in manufacturing.
