JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Power Platform Developers to support and work with product owners to deliver enterprise level solutions built on Microsoft (“MS”) Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Mission

• Work with product owners, business analysts and or other stakeholders to analyse existing processes and advise on technical feasibility of requirements.
• Develop and deploy Power Platform-based solutions based on swim-lane diagrams, user stories, wireframes and other requirements-specification artifacts.
• Build canvas apps and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows to automate existing and new processes, and integrate with SharePoint Lists and other data repositories.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Add new features and enhancements to deployed applications.
• Assist the Support Engineer to troubleshoot PowerApps/Automate related issues that may arise in operational use of Power Platform applications.
• Support the operations during UAT and rollout phases.
• Ensure that solutions are deployed into Power Platform environment in accordance with IT governance procedures.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other related field, or equivalent software development experience.
• Recent & minimum 4 years of Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate development experience and have designed, developed & deployed at least 5 canvas apps (with at least 4 screens per app) for actual business users during these 2 years.
• Familiar with setting up and interfacing with Microsoft365 SharePoint Lists and SharePoint Document Libraries for CRUD operations.
• A track record of working independently, proactively and solving problems creatively.
• Proficiency in English is required

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) is a strong advantage.
