🚨 HIRING | PRODUCTION ENGINEER – PRODUCTION & COMPOUNDING

We are looking for a Production Engineer – Production & Compounding to join the manufacturing team of an international glove manufacturing company in Vietnam .

📍 Location: Vietnam

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, including production output, glove quality, operational costs, and downtime .
• Identify production issues and implement process improvement, optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives .
• Troubleshoot production line problems and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to optimize chemical consumption and production costs while maintaining glove quality.
• Monitor production parameters, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop daily compounding plans according to product specifications.
• Monitor latex and chemical consumption on a daily and monthly basis.
• Plan chemical and latex usage for different product types and ensure sufficient compounded latex supply to dipping lines.
• Conduct formulation improvements to enhance glove quality and optimize production costs.
• Provide training to production supervisors, operators, and workers on chemical handling and glove production processes .
• Ensure compliance with production, housekeeping, safety, and health requirements.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field .
• Relevant experience in glove manufacturing, production, latex, compounding, or chemical formulation .
• Strong understanding of production processes and glove quality requirements .
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin .
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
