Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a fintech project focused on fund management . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to support business and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, integrations, and UI components.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in system enhancement, performance improvement, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and maintainability requirements.
• Collaborate with Korean stakeholders and international technical teams in English.
