Robotics Software Engineer (Residency Talent Program)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop software stacks, control algorithms, and machine learning models for humanoid robots
• Work on at least one of these core challenges: AI-powered Predictive Maintenance (early fault diagnosis), System Identification & Sim-to-Real Transfer, Whole-body Locomotion, Whole-body Teleoperation, or Skillful Manipulation
• Research, implement, and test algorithms in both simulation environments and on physical robots

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Outstanding academic track record or hands-on experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge in robotics fundamentals (kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning)
• Prior experience in humanoid robot or legged robot projects
• Excellent problem-solving mindset, a continuous learning attitude, and high self-motivation
• A strong passion for building real-world physical systems, not just stopping at simulations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with simulation tools like MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, etc.
• Strong knowledge in Modeling & Controller Design
• Strong foundations in Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming
