2. Job Description

This role is an experienced backend engineer with full-stack capabilities, focused primarily on backend systems while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of web architecture and application design.

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and services.
• Architect and maintain database solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Implement efficient network communications and API endpoints.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between systems.
• Apply core CS fundamentals to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.

3. Job Requirement

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture principles.
• Deep database proficiency: query optimization, schema design, and data modeling.
• Solid network knowledge: protocols, API design, and secure communication implementations.
• Full-stack understanding: familiarity with modern web architecture and how components interact across the stack.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining production Python applications.
• Experience with distributed systems design.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
