JOB DESCRIPTION
- Job Description
- Design and improve Hyosung electric motor products, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Receive product requirements from customers and the Board of Directors (BOD), analyze technical specifications, and implement design changes or develop new motor products accordingly.
- Support product development activities, including preparing technical documentation and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Train and mentor new employees on technical knowledge, product structure, and standard work processes.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual work reports.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in electric motor design and development.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of motors.
- Proven experience working for leading motor or power transmission manufacturers, such as Toshiba, HEM, ABB, Bonfiglioli, Sumitomo, SEW-Eurodrive, or similar companies.
- Solid knowledge of motor design principles, manufacturing processes, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers.

Familiarity with industry standards and quality requirements for motor design is an advantage.

- Business hours: 8 A.M to 5 P.M from Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
