Own the overall technical direction, including system design, architecture decisions, and development across both server-side and client-side components
Engage directly with global customers in English through discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs
Support and develop team capabilities by coaching engineers and maintaining high engineering standards
Ensure system robustness by reviewing architecture and code with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency
Anticipate technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and drive issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle
Establish and reinforce engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and efficient development workflows
Coordinate with PMs, QA, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and readiness for release
Contribute directly to development tasks when required, particularly in complex or high-impact areas
Apply modern tools, including AI-assisted development solutions, to improve efficiency and team output
Requirments
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Strong capabilities across both backend and frontend development
Confident English communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable leading technical conversations with international stakeholders
Solid knowledge of system architecture, application design, and scalable systems
Experience working with modern frontend ecosystems (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue)
Familiarity with building and integrating REST-based services
Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to guide and elevate team members technically
Exposure to outsourcing environments or handling multiple concurrent projects is advantageous
Preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
Knowledge of microservices-based system design
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)
Exposure to large-scale or enterprise-level systems
Ability to contribute to pre-sales or technical solution proposals
