At NewEra Inc. , we’re building a retail operations platform on Android tablets with a key feature: Smart Voice to Order 🎙️

Speak an order → app understands → converts into real actions in real time.

🔥 What you’ll do

• Build Flutter app for Android tablets
• Develop Voice → Order real-time pipeline (WebSocket/gRPC, audio streaming, ASR)
• Design voice UX with confirmation & error handling
• Integrate payments (QR, e-wallet, card)
• Handle retail edge cases (failures, refunds, duplicates)
• Integrate hardware (printers, scanners, card readers)
• Optimize performance on low-end devices
• Work with Backend, AI/ML, Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years mobile dev, 3+ years Flutter (production apps)
• Strong Dart, async/streams, state management
• Experience with WebSocket or gRPC
• Android tablet/large-screen app experience
• SDK & hardware integration experience
• Strong debugging & performance skills
• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT, secure storage

⭐ Nice to have

• Speech-to-Text / ASR experience
• Audio streaming, latency optimization
• On-device AI (Whisper, TFLite, ONNX, etc.)
• Retail / POS / FinTech / Payment systems
• Native Android (Kotlin), kiosk/device management
