Site Developer

What You'll Be Doing

As a Site Developer, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities by:

• Sourcing and evaluating potential retail locations through market research and site surveys.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and business partners.
• Conducting site feasibility studies, commercial assessments, and legal due diligence.
• Leading lease negotiations and preparing investment proposals for internal approval.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Monitoring project progress and resolving issues throughout the leasing and development process.
• Keeping up with market trends to identify new opportunities that support our expansion strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Property Development, Investment, or Construction.
• Good understanding of real estate regulations and commercial leasing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
