Viettel Cyber Security One Member Limited Liability Company (VCS) focuses on the implementation, research, and in-depth development of information security products and solutions, while also providing cybersecurity (CS) products and services to large domestic and international organizations and enterprises.
Some Notable Achievements Of VCS
– Design and implement automation tools and processes (CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, scaling)
– Collaborate with the development team to optimize applications and ensure their security, performance, and scalability
– Manage and resolve incidents , conduct root cause analysis, and propose improvement solutions
– Create documentation , procedures, and guidelines for system operations
– Participate in system architecture design and provide technical recommendations to enhance stability and reliability
– Write handbooks and documentation for work purposes
– Coordinate with units to implement according to processes and tools
– Research, test, and propose the implementation of new technologies, new services, and technical improvement measures to enhance capacity and improve the quality of the IT system
Qualifications
– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher
– Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration
– Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar
– Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
– Skills in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar)
– Basic knowledge of networking, system security, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills , along with effective communication with the development team
– Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
– Experience optimizing system and database performance

- Participate in building, researching & developing tools to optimize the operation and monitoring of the company’s systems.
