As a Software Developer within our MDM-G team, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that help customers operate more efficiently, respond to changing business needs, and create better experiences for their end users.

Your skills and experience

What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions across development and production environments. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product Owners, DevOps, and customer-facing teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Debug, enhance, and modify business workflows to meet evolving customer requirements. 
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software features and implementations. 
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions that minimise customer impact. 
• Leverage AI and automation to support continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in software development, ideally within complex enterprise environments. 
• Strong development experience with .NET, C++, C#, and relational databases. 
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. 
• Experience with code reviews, version control systems, and software engineering best practices. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions. 
• Effective English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 
• Experience working across the full software product lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support. 
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies. 
• A strong product mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. 
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transparent, and fast-paced environment. 
• Experience working with distributed or multinational teams. 
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies.
