What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product Owners, DevOps, and customer-facing teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug, enhance, and modify business workflows to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software features and implementations.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions that minimise customer impact.

Leverage AI and automation to support continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, ideally within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong development experience with .NET, C++, C#, and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with code reviews, version control systems, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Effective English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working across the full software product lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- A strong product mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transparent, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with distributed or multinational teams.
