Software Engineer | $25/hr Remote

Position: AI Safety Experts English & Vietnamese

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $17-$25 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents to identify vulnerabilities.
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
• Apply structured frameworks to maintain consistent testing methodologies.
• Document findings in reports and datasets for customer action.
  
  

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in AI adversarial work or cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
• Ability to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to move across various projects and customer needs.
