What You’ll Be Doing

• Web Application Development – Build sleek, efficient, and scalable web applications that align with both business goals and technical specifications.
• Code Quality – Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshooting – Debug, test, and resolve issues to ensure top-quality deliverables.
• Tech-Savvy – Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and frameworks to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and C#.
• Experience with .NET and modern web application frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Solid understanding of coding best practices and design patterns.
• Basic knowledge of LLM and AI tools for development.
• Familiarity with developer tools (e.g., browser developer tools, network capturing tools, tracing/monitoring tools).
• Professionalism & Integrity – Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Problem-Solving Prowess – Sharp analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Business Insight – Work closely with Business Analysts and clients to fully understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Quality Assurance – Partner with QA teams to ensure we deliver flawless, high-quality products.
• Team Spirit – Participate in peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment.
