- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin).
- 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
- Experience in Android Development.
- Full-stack experience, including designing and integrating with server-side APIs to support client features.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, and a strong understanding of Android internals.

- Physical Access Solutions: Develop and expand digital access credentials for campus IDs, corporate badges, hotels, multi-family homes, and other secure entry use cases.
- NFC ecosystem: Develop software that interfaces with device hardware like NFC controllers, Secure Elements, and biometric sensors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Program Managers, Business Development, Legal, and other engineering teams within Wallet and across Google. Engaging with external partners to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and launch new integrations.
- Android Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with Android platform teams to design and implement new APIs and capabilities that enhance Wallet functionality and security.
