Title: Software Engineer

Report to: Technical Manager of GRGBanking VN

Category: Software Development

Location: Hanoi , supporting on client's site.

Salary Range: USD600-USD1200

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Develop and customize the terminal software, provide the technical support to partners and customers.

1. C# development and Technical Support of GRG software solutions and products;

2. Manage and resolve service requests from customers;

3. Support partner and contribute to proactive support activities，such as UAT,SIT,Pilot-test;

4. Respond to and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets;

5. Conduct project implementation and testing at customer site in foreign countries;

6. Assist HQ in researching and analysing surrounding countries’ ATM software standards and protocol specifications;

7. Other tasks.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Experience in Microsoft Windows C# programming under .NET

environment

2. Experience in providing technical support to software customers is preferred

3. Excellent interpersonal skills

4. Strong in spoken and written English.

5.Preferably be familiar with the knowledge of EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) network.
