Software Engineer (Salesforce)

About the job:

• Execution & Development: Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• System Integration: Build and maintain seamless integrations (RESTful/SOAP APIs) between Salesforce and core systems (Core Banking, Internal CRM, Payment Gateways, LOS/LMS).
• To coordinate teams with others to achieve the overall targets/goals of the unit
• Process Automation: Configure and develop complex automated business processes using Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, and Trigger Frameworks.
• To achieve the overall targets/goals of the unit.

Your skills and experience

Education

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering…

.Technical skill

• Strong backend development skills in Salesforce using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled Apex, Web Services) - (Open to candidates with experience on Java)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce solution development.
• Strong frontend development skills using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security Model (Profiles, Roles, OWD, Sharing Rules), and Governor Limits.
• Hands-on experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs and handling large-scale data (Bulk Data).
• Proficient in version control tools (Git/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX).
• Has OOP knowledge
• Strong logical thinking, flexible problem-solving, and effective teamwork skills.
