We’re looking for a mid-level Software engineer to build scalable Red Team/ Reverse security tooling & adversary emulation infrastructure. If you enjoy turning attack techniques into real-world tools – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Develop Red Team tools & adversary emulation frameworks aligned with MITRE ATTACK
-
Build automation pipelines for: Payload & tool generation, Attack simulation, Security testing (fuzzing, scanning)

Own end-to-end delivery: design → build → deploy → monitor

Apply secure coding practices and ensure operational safety

Work closely with Red Team to simulate real-world attack scenarios
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Software Engineering preferred)

3–7 years building production-grade applications

Strong coding skills in
Python
/ Node.js / Go /
C/C++ +
Bash/PowerShell

Experience with database design & deployment

Solid understanding of secure coding principles & OWASP Top 10

Comfortable working in Linux environments
Nice to Have

Experience with Red Team tooling / Reverse automation/ pentest automation / security platforms

Understanding of ATTACK techniques: lateral movement, persistence, privilege escalation

Knowledge of web & network security fundamentals

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Exposure to fuzzing, SAST/DAST, exploit development

Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted development
