What You Will Be Doing

• Architect the Future: Lead the end-to-end design of complex technical solutions, mastering system integration, data flows, and application architecture for diverse global clients.
• Translate & Blueprint: Turn high-level business requirements and user stories into crystal-clear technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and detailed design documents.
• Tech Stack Champion: Evaluate and recommend the best technologies, cloud platforms, and frameworks tailored to project needs—always balancing scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead & Mentor: Act as the technical compass for our development teams. Provide hands-on mentorship, conduct architectural reviews, and ensure flawless adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Strategic Pre-sales: Step up as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during pre-sales, delivering compelling technical presentations, solution demos, and accurate effort estimations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 3-5 years rocking it as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Enterprise Expertise: Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions across cloud, data, applications, and integration domains.
• Architectural Mastery: Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, SOA) and design principles.
• Cloud Native: High proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Relevant cloud certifications are a huge plus!
• Tech Fluent: Extensive background with modern languages (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js), database technologies (Relational & NoSQL), API design, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions.
• DevOps Mindset: Solid familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Communication Pro: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with top-notch interpersonal skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to both hardcore engineers and business executives with ease.

Pay: 70,000,000₫ - 150,000,000₫ per month
