We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and work closely with the Founder’s team.
You will start by taking ownership of technical support for our logistics software product, helping customers and users resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure they get the most value from our platform.
This is much more than a traditional support role. As you gain a deep understanding of our product, customers, and technology, you will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across product, technology, customer success, operations, and business initiatives.
For someone who is curious, technically strong, and eager to learn, this role offers excellent long-term career growth and exposure to how a technology company is built and scaled.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to customers and users of our logistics software platform.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product and technical issues.
- Understand customer problems and translate them into clear technical requirements or actionable feedback for the product and engineering teams.
- Work with engineering and product teams to identify bugs, reproduce issues, and drive them toward resolution.
- Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve product reliability and user experience.
- Help customers understand product functionality and best practices.
- Document solutions, troubleshooting processes, and common issues to build a strong knowledge base.
- Work closely with the Founder’s team on important customer, product, and operational initiatives.
- Gradually take on additional responsibilities based on your strengths, interests, and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, software support, application support, implementation, QA, or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with software products and understanding technical concepts.
- Good communication skills — you can explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Comfortable working with APIs, databases, logs, SQL, or basic scripting is a strong advantage.
- A strong sense of ownership — you don't simply close tickets; you want to understand and solve the underlying problem.
- Curious and willing to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
