Due to the office and project expanding we are now finding for Application Support Specialist (SWIFT) working in Hanoi office as the following scopes and requirements:

Job Summary: The Application Support Engineer for Banking Application Software is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of the company’s banking software applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the performance and reliability of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• System Maintenance and Monitoring

• Incident Management

• Collaboration and Communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two [2] years of experience in IT support or a related role, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge of network management.

Priority:

• Having CCNA, MCSA, MCSE
• Can communicate in English

Additional Plus:

• Knowledge of database (SQL).
• Knowledge of banking application software and related technologies is preferable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Availability for on-call support and willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
