Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BrSE (Bridge Software Engineer) role located in the Hanoi Capital Region. In this role, you will act as a communicator between the development team in Vietnam and clients in Japan. You will participate in project management, requirement analysis, and technical discussions, ensuring the successful development and delivery of C/C++ embedded software projects. You will also conduct system design, support in troubleshooting and debugging, and collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with embedded systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English or Vietnamese
• Experience in requirement analysis, system design, and project coordination
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
• Problem-solving skills and ability to debug, analyze, and resolve technical issues in software
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent teamwork capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with Japanese clients or knowledge of Japanese business culture is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Japan as required for projects
