Business Operation Executive

We are a centrally located recruitment & headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking for a Business Operation Executive to drive AI adoption and business transformation. You will have the opportunity to build AI-powered solutions, lead automation projects and shape how the company operates and grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, review, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to eliminate manual work and improve productivity.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions, including internal tools and workflow automations.
• Work closely with management to translate business ideas into practical technology solutions.
• Lead digital transformation projects from planning and testing through implementation and user adoption.
• Drive the company's digital marketing initiatives strengthen brand presence and support business growth.
• Liaise and manage external vendors, technology partners, and service providers to implement digital solutions, marketing campaigns, and strategic business initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making and measure the effectiveness of transformation and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, business systems, or process improvement.
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, Power Automate, Zapier).
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions. Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, SQL) is an advantage.
