We are looking for high-potential young talent across 7 tracks: Management Trainee, Media, Strategy, Influencer Management, Creative, Account, and Tech. This role is part of the PMAX Total Marketing Elite program, seeking talent for the Business & Product Trainee position. • Work on real client projects across multiple industries, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing while building practical skills that matter in the industry.

What You’ll Do

Phase 1 — Foundations (3 months)

• Learn PMAX’s platform stack and how our engineering teams work.
• Get engineering discipline into your bones: Git workflow, code review, testing standards, CI/CD hygiene.
• Build working SQL literacy and understand data flow through the platform.
• Ship small features into real internal codebases, each reviewed end-to-end by a senior engineer.
• Sit in on a live incident to see what production reality looks like.

Phase 2 — Real work with mentorship (2.5 months)

• Grow into your specialization — as a Software, Data, or DevOps Engineer — with hands-on ownership under senior guidance.
• Ship production code, pipelines, or infrastructure improvements every sprint.
• Take on components internal teams and clients depend on.

Phase 3 — Graduation

• • Complete a graduation project that demonstrates you can operate independently at the Junior level.
  • Present your work to the team and stakeholders.
  • Promotion review to Junior Software Engineer / Data Engineer / DevOps Engineer.

• The TIA (Training Investment Agreement) is signed at the trainee level but becomes effective for 12 months starting from the official contract commencement date.

What You’ll Learn

• Code discipline — testing, Git hygiene, code review as a two-way practice.
• System design foundations — how services, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together.
• SQL and data flow — how the semantic layer works and why it matters.
• The PMAX platform — how agency operations, client relationships, AI agents, and internal tools are all software problems underneath.
• Deployment and reliability — CI/CD, monitoring, on-call thinking, incident response.
• AI-native engineering — using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools with discipline on verification, security, and correctness.

• Phase 1: Application & Entrance Test
• Phase 2: 1st Interview with Functional Manager
• Phase 3: 2nd Interview with Head of Department
• Phase 4: Offer
• The test will be sent to applicants within approximately 24 hours after submitting the application. Please make sure to check your email regularly.
• Candidates will have 3 days from the time of receiving the test to complete it.
  The test duration is 45 minutes.

Job Requirements

Must-have

• 4th-year student or recent graduate (any discipline — strong non-technical majors welcome if aptitude test passes).

• Strong analytical reasoning — able to break down messy problems, spot edge cases, structure an argument.

• Clear communication in Vietnamese; intermediate English.

• Genuine curiosity about how businesses actually work.

• Ownership mindset — chases root causes and follows through.

• Basic SQL literacy (SELECT / JOIN / GROUP BY level) — deeper expertise not required.

Nice-to-have

• Coursework, side project, or internship experience in data analysis, product spec writing, or QA.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency operations.

• Portfolio piece showing analytical judgment.

• Comfort with AI tools as thinking partners.
