Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Sales Strategist to develop, refine, and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve sales processes, and optimize go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven track record of enabling high-performing sales teams through data-driven insights and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership and sales teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategic direction.
• Forecast revenue and build models to support sales planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement, in IT industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore's business ecosystem. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
